South Sudan joined the SWA partnership in 2012. South Sudan joined the SWA partnership in 2012.Through a government led multi-stakeholder process, South Sudan is committed to strengthen its collaborative approach that would put into practice with all State and non-State actors, including the involvement of communities in planning and implementing sanitation related interventions. Strengthen coordinated inter-ministerial approach to mobilize and secure comprehensive and full support and strong government leadership for achieving SDG 6.2 on sanitation coverage and strengthen M&E in WASH sector.
