Improve coordination to improve the exisiting plans. • Within the national programme on Water, planned to increase access to improved water supply and sanitation facilities by 2021 with 2 phases. • Within the mid-term programme on “New development”, planned to implement “100,000 apartments programme” until 2016, which will contribute to improve per-urban areas. • Within the 2012-2016 Government Plan, targeted to construct 1000 apartments in each provinces and improve water supply and sanitation facilities in rural centres (soum). (58 rural centres by 2016).
