A national study on equity and inclusion will be conducted by the Ministries of Water Resources, Works and Housing, Local Government, and Rural Development, and their Departments and Agencies, by end of 2015. The aim of this is to further improve the assessment of marginalized and pro-poor groups. This will support us in effective targeting of resources for the poor, marginalized and vulnerable groups in rural, small towns peri-urban, urban areas and cities.

Copies of approved sector operational documents will be made available to all key sector interlocutors, district assemblies, NGOs and development partners. A major drive towards providing orientation and training on the national norms, standards and guidelines will be undertaken in the next two years to improve on adherence to the legislative requirement for delivering WASH services in Ghana.
