The Ministry of Sanitation, the Ministry of Finance and the national planning office will, by 2015, define a strategy aimed at eliminating open defecation in priority districts and a financing plan that will be incorporated into the national mid-term expenditure frameworks, which will set specific investment objectives for 2016.
