Countries and donors table individual Statements of Commitments at the biennial High Level Meetings.  The process of developing the high level Commitments entails a preparatory dialogue that uses analytical tools to identify key barriers and to articulate the commitments.

2014 UN-Water GLAAS highlightsdirectdown

The Global Analysis and Assessment of Sanitation and Drinking-Water (GLAAS) highlights have been developed and coordinated by the Water, Sanitation, Hygiene and Health (WSH) Unit at the World Health Organization (WHO) in preparation for the Sanitation and Water for All (SWA) High-Level Meeting (HLM), April 2014.
