SWA works through its partners, including governments, external support agencies, civil society organizations, the private sector, utilities and regulators and community-based organizations. Partners from six constituencies undertake the majority of activities.

Utilities and Regulators
Utilities and regulators actively contribute to achieving the SWA objectives, particularly in the country - influencing policy, linking government and WASH users, and enabling financing.
