The next SWA Sector Ministers' Meeting will take place in San Jose, Costa Rica on 4-5 April 2019 and you are cordially invited to the launch of the preparatory process. The 2019 SMM will focus on leave no one behind, leadership and finance, all of which are indispensable to the achievement of the water, sanitation, and hygiene targets of the SDGs. SWA partners will be encouraged to table commitments in the context of the partnership's newly agreed Mutual Accountability Mechanism. The preparatory process and the actual SMM will increase awareness and understanding of leave no one behind, as well as identify good practices and enable unique opportunities for South to South learning and collaboration. This will be achieved through dialogue, knowledge sharing and learning involving all five SWA constituencies.
